To Whom It May Concern,

Ed and Tina Mateja were our realtors for our home sale and purchase in 2005. They helped us so much in every aspect of the transaction – from home inspection to attorneys to financial lenders and just  advice and opinions of the different properties we considered. They knew of our current family situation and of our plans to expand and never once made us feel that we couldn’t find that perfect home for us. They were very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, the schools, taxes, parks and recreation. Being local residents themselves with young children, is such a value to families like ours, because they understand and know the needs that new families are looking for. We definitely feel like they have helped us find our little piece of that American Dream that all families are looking for.

Although we have not had any real estate movement since 2005, we have referred all of our family members and friends to Ed and Tina. They have since helped friends and relatives move. What I admire most is how they have helped our family members with different real estate advice even when it serves no financial benefit directly to them. There are always willing to lend advice, share tips about the current market, and show properties whenever an interesting one pops up for our in-laws. They understand the true business philosophy of helping their customers with all of these details, knowing sure enough that when the time comes for official home sales/purchases, that those customers will seek contracts from them.

We couldn’t say enough positive things about Ed and Tina Mateja. If and when the time comes for us to move again, we would only feel comfortable using their services and expertise for the process.
